Introduction
FitFlow Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") built the FitFlow app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
We collect information, including but not limited to your name, body height, body weight, age, general fitness activity, and email. This information is used to provide and improve the Service. We may employ third-party services (e.g., analytics, crash reporting) that collect information used to identify you.
Location Data Usage
FitFlow uses location data to enhance the running feature. This data is used to display your position on a map during running sessions and is not shared with third parties outside of the services needed to operate the feature.
Log Data & Cookies
In the event of an error, we collect Log Data (e.g., IP address, device name, operating system version, and usage timestamps). The app may also use third-party libraries that rely on cookies to collect information and improve functionality. You can refuse cookies; however, some features of the Service may not function properly.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related tasks, or assist in analyzing how our Service is used. These providers are obligated not to disclose or use your data for any purpose beyond the specified tasks.
Data Retention Policy
We retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including compliance with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.
- User information (e.g., name, email, weight, height) is retained as long as your account remains active or until you delete your account.
- Fitness activity data is stored for up to 5 years to provide performance tracking and insights.
- Log and diagnostic data are retained for up to 12 months for debugging and troubleshooting purposes.
Upon account deletion or upon your explicit request, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that such data has been provided, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

Data Deletion / Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your personal data, you can simply press the "Delete Account" button in the Settings section of the FitFlow app. Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
